Brightening the minds of young people

Programmes that improve the mental health and wellbeing in school aged children.

We believe in a better tomorrow

The mental health and wellbeing of young people is today more at risk than ever. Feelings of isolation, loneliness, anxiety, stress, uncertainty and addictive behaviours are just some of the issues that are impacting the lives of our future generations. However, guidance and assistance is available.

Resinnate is a new Australian organisation that has been founded with a mission to improve the mental health, resilience and wellbeing of young people. We are the exclusive provider of iheart – Innate Health Education and Resilience Training. iheart is a charity founded in the United Kingdom that provides a range of specialised courses and programmes that help uncover an individual’s innate resilience to support the wellbeing in young people, parents, schools and educators. Their transformative approach is based on a core belief that ‘we have everything we need inside us’ which is uniquely focused on mental wellness, prevention and education.

iheart has been making a difference to the lives of young people since 2018 and to date, over 5,000 school-aged children have reported that their mental wellness has improved thanks to the iheart programme.

“They (the children) have gone on this journey; they are starting to believe in what they can achieve, and they will go on to be better adults making the world a better place in the future, thanks to the partnership between all we’ve done with iheart and our school.”

Researching the local school environment and mental health programs

As a leading provider of mental health and resilience programs in the UK, iheart has been delivered to over 10,000 children and is making a difference. As the exclusive provider of iheart programs in Australia, Resinnate is currently conducting research into the programs currently on offer in this region and the approach schools are taking to tackle mental health challengers.

This research will assist in informing the alignment of the program to Australian Curriculum Standards while also seeking accreditation from key mental health organisations. If you would like to contribute to this research, please email Fiona Lander.
